Job Description
The HR Assistant is responsible for performing Human Resources related duties on a professional level and work closely with the HR Manager. This position will perform responsibilities in the following areas, not limited to: recruitment/employment, onboarding, policy implementation, benefits, employee relations and employee law compliance while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and validity in the HR processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
All employees are required to perform all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs, external regulations, and internal policies, bring compliance issues to the attention of management and assure quality customer service to all customers.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Successful candidate should have an Associate's degree in HR or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3-5 years of human resources experience preferred. Relevant understanding of HR process, policies, and employment law. Strong communication skills and ability to proactively resolve employee concerns. Must be familiar with database systems and common HR applications.
